Let's journey from "just getting by" to thriving in your motherhood journey. Together, we'll identify your current family rhythms and habits, pinpoint areas of need and develop a plan.
Through this 6-week program you'll receive ongoing support, feedback and encouragement.
You will receive support to make new decisions, try new things, and explore new ways of doing mom life! You'll learn what to do when things aren't going as planned, how to correct the negative behaviors you see, and how to cultivate positive family habits. I will also support YOU in this journey.
